Job summary

Ghirardelli Chocolate seeks a Stores Supervisor for our Restaurant and Retail division in San Francisco. You will support the general manager and management team to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize profitability, and maintain the brand standards across the store.

The role requires managing daily store activities, staffing, coaching Chocolaters, and ensuring safety and food/product quality while upholding Ghirardelli’s reputation as America’s premium chocolate company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in fast-paced restaurant/retail.
• 6+ months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and be self-directed.

• Oversee store operations and maintain high service standards.
• Assist general manager with payroll, scheduling and training.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and branding requirements.
