Qualifications

BA degree required or equivalent with strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
Attention to detail and ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers by answering questions and resolving issues.
Track and manage product owed to customers; expedite orders and verify pricing.
Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.
Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system.
Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
Manage sample requests and invoice customer orders through SAP.
Prepare and provide reports to management.
