Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a Sales Specialist to track and manage orders, verify pricing, and coordinate with Logistics to ensure fast, accurate delivery in San Diego, CA. The role reports to Professional Sales Administration and requires a BA degree with Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint proficiency.

You will monitor accounts receivable, process RMAs, handle sample requests, and generate clear management reports. Onsite daily work with a flexible policy is expected.

Qualifications

• BA degree required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Detail oriented with problem solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers—answer questions and resolve issues.
• Track and manage product owed to customers; expedite orders and verify pricing.
• Work with warehouse to ensure timely shipping and accurate invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.
• Enter data into the Demand Planning system and generate reports for management.
• Process RMA requests and handle sample requests.
