Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of heavy industrial production experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with a union preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety, production, quality and schedule performance of the Foundry finishing area.
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly shift work plan including staffing.
• Ensure proper staffing and training plans are in place.
• Participate in quality and safety reviews and audits.
• Work with Human Resources to understand and relate to the Union contract.
