Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Columbia, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Mold/Foundry area. You will oversee safety, production, quality and scheduling during your shift, leading union personnel and coordinating with planning. The role emphasizes Kaizen/continuous improvement, ISO-9001:2015 procedures, and staff development. A technical degree and MS Word/Excel literacy are preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of heavy industrial production experience in a high-volume setting.
Experience with a union preferred.
High School Diploma required; technical BS preferred; certifications beneficial.
PC literacy in MS Word and Excel is required.
Strong work ethic and ability to lead teams.
Responsibilities
Safety, production, quality and schedule performance of the Foundry Molding area during the shift.
Prepare and monitor daily and weekly shift work plans including staffing with production planning.
Ensure proper staffing and training for all key operational areas of Finishing area.
Participate in quality and safety reviews and audits to maintain ISO-9001:2015 procedures.
Work with HR to understand and relate to the Union contract to maximize productivity and minimize disruptions.
