Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of heavy industrial production experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with a union preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, production, quality and schedule performance in the Foundry finishing area during the shift.
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly shift work plans including staffing with production planning.
• Ensure staffing and training plans for all key operational areas.
• Participate in ISO-9001:2015 quality and safety reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to manage the Union contract impacts.
