Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Molding Supervisor for our Columbia, PA plant to lead the Foundry Molding area. You will supervise union personnel, oversee safety, quality, and production scheduling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the shift.

The role requires strong leadership, 2+ years in heavy industrial production, and ability to interface with HR under the union contract. Relevant certifications and technical training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• BS in a technical discipline preferred.
• Professional certifications would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Foundry Molding area during shift with union personnel.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly shift work plans with production planning.
• Meet production targets and maximize uptime with available manpower and equipment.
• Contribute to quality and safety reviews and ISO-9001:2015 procedures.
