Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical/industrial engineering.
• 5+ years in a foundry environment with focus on process capabilities, process control, and rigging/fixture design.
• Proven project management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of foundry operations and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with CAD software for design work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with good organization.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to stay current with industry trends.

Responsibilities
