Responsibilities

• Oversee daily foundry operations including molding, melting and pouring, core room, shakeout, finishing, shipping, and receiving.
• Lead daily production meetings and monitor performance, schedules, and staffing.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline employees to achieve KPIs.
