The candidate will troubleshoot complex foundry issues, ensure safety compliance, and mentor the team while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years foundry experience focused on process capabilities, control, and rigging/fixture design.
• Proven project management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of foundry operations and processes.
• Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CAD for design work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Continuous improvement mindset and awareness of industry trends.
