Ideal candidates have a strong foundry background, CAD proficiency, and a track record of managing multiple projects while upholding safety standards. Salary up to $130,000 with bonus potential and profit sharing benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years foundry experience focusing on process capabilities and rigging.
• Project management experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitor process capabilities and process control to preserve process integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixtures to improve operations.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot complex foundry issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct audits and inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to the foundry team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.
