Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Solid understanding of foundry operations and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient CAD skills for design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage foundry processes to boost productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Use process capability and control know-how to maintain process integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixtures to improve operations.
• Oversee project planning, coordination and execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve complex foundry issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operations.
• Conduct regular audits and keep machinery well-maintained.
• Provide guidance to the foundry team and promote continuous learning.
• Stay current with industry trends and adopt best practices as applicable.
