Pittsburgh Tomorrow in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead foundry process development, improve quality, and drive productivity on the shop floor. This hands-on role combines technical leadership with project management to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in mechanical or industrial engineering, 5+ years in foundries, CAD experience, and a track record of process capability, control, and rigging/fixture design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a foundry environment with process capabilities and control.
• Experience in project management within manufacturing.
• CAD proficiency and rigging/fixture design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Utilize expertise in process capabilities and process control to monitor and maintain process integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixture designs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve complex foundry issues.
