Jobot is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager for a high-volume foundry operation. This hands-on role leads maintenance, drives reliability, and guides continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage a team, optimize preventive maintenance, and control budgets while ensuring safety and OSHA compliance. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in maintenance leadership, strong welding, hydraulics, and PLC skills, and a track record of reducing downtime through

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance management in foundry or similar.
• Strong background in preventive maintenance and facility management.
• Experience in project management and budgeting.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Expertise in welding, hydraulics and PLC programming.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance ops in the foundry, ensuring equipment reliability.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility operations and keep infrastructure efficient.
• Lead projects including installations, upgrades and repairs.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets for cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment using welding, hydraulics, PLC skills.
• Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe working environment.
• Manage hydraulic and electrical systems for safe operation.
