Ideal candidates have 5+ years in foundry operations, strong CAD skills, and a track record of managing multiple projects with attention to safety and process control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a foundry environment with process capabilities and control.
• Experience with rigging and fixture design and project management.
• Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitor process capability and process control to maintain process integrity.
• Design rigging and fixtures to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Lead projects from inception to completion and coordinate across teams.
• Troubleshoot complex foundry issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across operations.
• Audit machinery and equipment maintenance to keep operations reliable.
• Provide technical guidance to the foundry team and promote learning.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices.
