Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a foundry environment with process capabilities, process control, rigging and fixture design.
• Proven experience in project management within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of foundry operations and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient CAD design experience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Use process capabilities and process control to monitor and maintain process integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixture designs to enhance operations.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot foundry issues and optimize solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to the foundry team and pursue continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in foundry operations.
