Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a foundry environment with process capability and control.
• Experience with rigging/fixture design and project management in manufacturing.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Utilize process capabilities and process control to maintain manufacturing integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixture designs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot and solve complex foundry issues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and audits are conducted.
