Job summary

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/industrial engineering background with at least five years in a foundry, plus CAD proficiency and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a foundry environment focusing on process capabilities and control.
• Experience in project management within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitor process capabilities and process control to ensure process integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixture designs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and solve foundry issues.
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct audits and inspections of machinery and equipment.
