Sierra Aluminum seeks a senior operations leader to drive safety, production scheduling, inventory accuracy, and cost reporting on the shop floor. You will plan capital projects, coach supervisors, oversee budgeting and P&L, and recruit a strong workforce to sustain our standards of ethics and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in plant operations management, with experience leading cross‑functional teams and implementing process improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead a culture prioritizing safety and employee welfare.
• Leverage ERP (SAP/ Dynamics 365) for scheduling, inventory accuracy, BOM and routing integrity.
• Plan capital and continuous improvement projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop plant leadership through coaching and development plans.
• Own P&L, budgeting, standard cost, variance analysis and capital planning.
• Recruit, hire, train and ensure accountability to uphold company culture.
• Set ethics and compliance standards across processes.
• Drive quality and process excellence with standard controls and feedback.
• Lead initiatives to improve on‑time delivery, yield, scrap reduction, productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and take action when targets are not met.
• Provide hands-on floor support to front-line supervisors.
• Lead teams to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Support employee training programs and certifications.
• Collaborate with managers to achieve organizational objectives.
• Promote engaged workforce behaviors and team problem solving.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and requirements.
