Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in greensand casting processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment, enforcing safety regulations.
• Ensure associates meet quality requirements for their job functions.
• Direct and adjust the workforce daily to meet production goals and customer demand.
• Provide a clear daily production schedule to guide workflow and priorities.
• Coordinate with HR, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Quality to optimize labor, machines, and equipment.
