voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC is seeking a Foundry Plant Manager for its Decatur, IL facility. This senior role leads safety, quality, on‑time delivery and cost control in a demanding casting environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, schedules and inventories, and mentor a diverse team to achieve key metrics. The role requires ten years of supervisory experience, strong lean and process knowledge, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet customer

Qualifications

• Ten years in a supervisory role leading a diverse team.
• Experience with manufacturing and foundry processes is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of lean, safety, budgets, P&L and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the facility, safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost.
• Maintain effective relationships and promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee master scheduling, budgeting and inventory management.
• Drive continuous improvement and environmental compliance.
• Coach staff, conduct annual evaluations and training strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Central Operations on delivery commitments.
