Precision Castparts in Mentor, OH is seeking motivated Foundry Operators for the 5th shift (6:30 PM–6:30 AM). You will support vacuum casting operations, work with furnace technology, and contribute to a safety‑focused, quality‑driven production team.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum furnaces and related equipment.
• Record production and process data accurately.
• Assist with furnace setup, changeovers, and materials handling.
• Follow SOPs, specifications, and lot instructions.
• Meet production and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Develop understanding of foundry processes and materials.
