Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in semiconductors or similar high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift team of technicians overseeing manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
• Own and coordinate shift schedules, workstation assignments, rotations, training, leave, breaks, and coverage.
• Act as first responder for on-shift technical, equipment, and staffing issues.
• Monitor and optimize material workflow through the factory with upstream/downstream coordination.
• Lead process improvement to boost factory efficiency, tool performance, and productivity.
• Promote compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards; resolve conflicts.
• Develop technical training plans and monitor certification levels for ramp requirements.
• Coach and foster a high-performing, inclusive shift culture.
