Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor fabrication industry.
• Minimum Qualifications: Process engineering or yield experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: aptitude to interact with vendor field service engineering support and manufacturing technicians on toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on shifts and manage performance, development, and employee relations.
• Create and execute a roadmap to meet goals on safety, quality, availability, velocity, affordability, and training.
• Communicate quality messages daily to the factory and own EDI performance; collaborate with module SGL teams.
• Set priorities for the team, supervise activities, and manage schedules to meet production targets.
