Job summary

You will coordinate engineering requirements between internal teams and foundry partners during product launches and volume production, leveraging deep semiconductor fabrication expertise. This leadership role requires cross-functional collaboration, travel, and a proven track record in improving wafer

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing operations
• 5+ years managing fabrication foundries and OSATs
• PhD is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for high-volume semiconductor foundries and OSAT partners.
• Plan, manage, and track lot schedules and metrics including yield, performance, cost.
• Drive continuous improvement in wafer/die yields, defect reduction, and throughput.
• Partner with product development to ensure foundry process, tool, and capability readiness for manufacturing launches.
• Provide insights to inform DFM and DFT activities.
• Monitor and secure foundry allocation and capacity to meet market demands.
