Job summary

Intel Corporation in the United States (Arizona, Phoenix) is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to monitor and move customer materials and reticles through the production process, ensuring precision and reliability in semiconductor manufacturing. You will follow standardized procedures, respond to equipment issues, and support safe, clean-room operations.

The role supports Intel Foundry Group across multiple shifts; on-site work is required with potential compressed 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include HS/GED or higher non-semi degree and 4+ years related hands-on experience or military technical experience.
• Associate degree STEM related to semi manufacturing and 2+ years equipment maintenance experience; US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; experience with process control systems and software like Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute procedures for electronic and physical monitoring of materials during production.
• Ensure efficient movement of materials through process flows across facilities.
• Monitor materials in real time in the fab and assist in recovery or scrap during equipment issues.
• Coordinate transfer of materials in/out of the fab to maintain production.
• Collaborate with teammates for cross-shift consistency.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace following safety protocols; wear proper PPE in clean room.
