Intel Corporation's Foundry Construction and Sourcing group in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced leader to drive large-scale tool installation and construction programs for world-class semiconductor facilities.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and safety across cross-functional teams, travel as needed, and champion a culture of operational excellence. This on-site role reports to the Director of Construction and requires navigating highly matrixed organizations.

Formación

• 9+ years of strategic leadership or program management in large-scale construction or semiconductor tool installation.
• 6+ years in Tool Install/Design/Engineering/Construction/Module management.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage tool installation, conversion, and de-installation programs from design through execution.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver Tool Install programs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across capital and expense projects in semiconductor facilities.
• Serve as site expert for Tool Install Design with TICE, TD, and site execution teams.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and operational performance.
• Promote safety and operational excellence across all project phases.
