Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with foundry expertise to oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, repair, and safety in our manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of skilled maintenance professionals, ensuring uninterrupted operations, reliability, and safety across the foundry.

The role involves managing maintenance procedures, coordinating with engineering and procurement, and leveraging AutoCAD to implement system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role within foundry/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Disamatic Mold Machines and Induction Furnaces.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to maximize machine efficiency.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians for routine and preventive maintenance.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities ensuring timely, high-quality work.
• Maintain machinery to ensure readiness before critical production times.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering for smooth operation of machinery.
• Utilize AutoCAD to design and implement improvements to existing systems.
• Monitor spare parts inventories and initiate reorders as needed.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and plan preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a安全 culture on the floor.
