Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Manufacturing (Foundry/Metals) to lead heavy manufacturing operations. The role focuses on productivity, quality, and efficiency, with strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic planning, leadership, and process improvement, and will oversee budget, vendor relations, and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement across four shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the operations of all manufacturing departments to ensure production meets deadlines, standards and cost targets.
• Develop and implement strategic operational goals and monitor progress, adjusting processes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
