Job summary
Search Masters is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee all maintenance operations within a non-union sand cast foundry in Youngstown, Ohio.
You will prioritize service requests, coordinate repairs and equipment installations to maximize uptime, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, and lead another maintenance technician while scheduling work and purchasing parts.
Qualifications
- Experience leading maintenance teams in industrial/manufacturing settings.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills; PLC experience not required.
- Hands-on maintenance approach with problem-solving mindset.
- Induction furnace experience is highly preferred.
