Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in change management, change communications, digital adoption, or related field.
• Experience using communications or marketing to drive user adoption of technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead adoption strategies for new digital platforms across the Foundry.
• Build internal communications campaigns that drive user adoption and storytelling.
• Develop change management methodologies, toolkits, and templates.
• Facilitate structured innovation sessions across the site.
