Job summary

LillyMedicine Foundry in Indiana is seeking a Digital Adoption & Change Communications Lead to drive user adoption of new digital tools and craft influential change communications. The role focuses on adoption campaigns, storytelling, and facilitation of innovation sessions to support GMP operations during startup and steady-state phases.

Initial location is Parkwood West, Indianapolis, with permanent site at the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5–7 years in change management, change communications, digital adoption, or related discipline.
Experience using communications/marketing to drive user adoption of technology or new ways of working.

Responsibilities

Design and lead adoption strategies for new digital platforms and enterprise technology rollouts.
Build and run internal communications campaigns to drive user adoption.
Translate complex rollouts into clear, human-centered messages to shift behavior.
Partner with Digital Innovation, site communications, and program owners for consistent adoption narratives.
Measure adoption, engagement, and sentiment and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Support leaders as they move teams through digital adoption and other operational changes.
