Job summary

Lilly is building the Medicine Foundry in Indiana and seeking a leader to drive digital adoption and change communications across startup phases. You will craft adoption narratives, campaigns, and coaching to ensure smooth, human-centered technology rollouts across leaders, champions, and end users.

This role requires expertise in change management, communications, and facilitation, with a focus on scalable practices and enterprise technology implementations in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience in change management, change communications, digital adoption, technology adoption, internal communications, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience using communications or marketing techniques to drive user adoption of technology or new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Design and mature change management approaches across the Foundry as startup accelerates.
• Develop methodologies, toolkits, and templates for consistent application across teams.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and impact analyses for major initiatives; identify adoption barriers early and design interventions.
• Support leaders to guide their teams through digital adoption and other operational changes.
• Build and maintain a network of change champions across the site.
• Partner with organizational design and PMO efforts as they intersect with Foundry priorities.
