Responsibilities

• Build and lead SWGA Homecare's strategic partnerships pipeline.
• Develop relationships with healthcare executives, systems, physicians, senior living, SNFs, and community partners.
• Represent SWGA Homecare in executive-level meetings.
• Identify and develop referral, institutional, technology, and community partnerships.
• Create repeatable partnership processes and grow a partnerships team.
• Collaborate with the Founder/CEO on major strategic opportunities.
