Job summary

Settle is seeking a founder-seat head of sales to own vendor onboarding and outbound revenue. You will craft the first pitches, build the initial outbound motion, and segment the vendor base to target the most impactful cohorts.

You’ll stand up CRM, sequencing, dashboards, and pricing conversations with credibility. This role blends strategic product feedback with hands-on execution in a remote-friendly, NYC-area setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of closing experience with quota responsibility.
• Built a 0-to-1 outbound motion from scratch.
• Knowledge of discount rate vs APR and cost of capital.

Responsibilities

• Own originated vendor volume and revenue; meet ambitious quota.
• Build outbound motion from zero; write pitches and sequences.
• Segment vendor base by invoice volume, term length, latency; target high-pain cohorts.
• Stand up CRM structures, enrichment, sequencing, dashboards, attribution.
