Job summary

Attention is seeking a founding Value Creation Lead in New York City, in person, to own value creation for key customers. You will work directly with CROs, Sales, RevOps, and Attention's founders, building and potentially leading the Value Creation organization.

Your mandate is to make customers measurably more successful, identify AI opportunities, and turn them into reality with product and engineering teams, reporting to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Experience solving high-value business problems for senior executives.
• Proven ability to translate problems into actionable AI solutions for revenue growth.
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
• Experience working with CROs, Sales, and RevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities within customers' revenue organizations.
• Translate business problems into concrete AI solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Deploy solutions and measure measurable impact for customers.
• Build dashboards, analyses, and systems to track ROI and outcomes.
• Shape the product based on field opportunities and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Attention's founders, C-suite, and senior executives to drive value.
