Job summary

Attention seeks a Value Creation Lead to own measurable impact for strategic customers in New York City. You will identify high-value AI opportunities, translate them into concrete solutions, and work with product and engineering teams to deploy them.

You will partner with CROs, Sales & RevOps leaders, and Attention's founders and C-suite to drive revenue outcomes and build repeatable value-creation systems across the customer base.

• Experience working with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Find the value by understanding customer economics, workflows and constraints.
• Build AI-enabled solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Drive change by aligning executives, managers and frontline teams.
• Measure impact with baselines, success metrics, and ROI.
• Build systems to measure outcomes with internal dashboards and analyses.
• Identify and scale next opportunities across teams and units.
• Shape the product by turning recurring opportunities into product features.
