Job summary

Supersonik, Inc. is hiring its first US-based AE in New York City to land net-new ARR and define the playbook future AEs will run. You will own outbound as your primary lever and collaborate with the founders and Barcelona GTM team on deal strategy.

We expect 7+ years as a quota-carrying AE in enterprise software, with US market focus, and a proven track record of winning big deals. This is an in-person role in NYC, offering a high-performance environment and a clear path to leading the US GTM

Qualifications

• 7+ years total experience as a quota-carrying AE in net new business.
• Tech or SaaS background with US as the primary market.
• Track record of winning net new logos and closing large US deals.
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Land net new logos across enterprise tech accounts
• Run a hybrid motion: close inbound and founder-led pipeline, but own outbound as your primary lever
• Partner with the founders and the Barcelona GTM team on deal strategy
• Build US-specific sales playbooks from scratch
• Operate as a founding seller: shape ICP, messaging, pricing feedback, and process as we learn
