• 4+ years of professional experience in recruiting for top-tier tech organizations.
• Technical background with experience recruiting for engineering roles.
• Skilled in interviewing to ensure only the best candidates are considered.

Responsibilities

• Source exceptional talent for New York and London markets.
• Lead early hiring efforts with Founders and hiring managers.
• Design and implement recruiting operations from scratch.
• Run recruiting ops to ensure efficient hiring processes.
• Sell the company’s mission to candidates, enhancing candidate experience.
• Define and shape early talent philosophy for the company.
