Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a founding Technical Program Manager for HealthShare in Boston. You will stand up the TPM function, bridging Product, Engineering, Quality Development, and Release teams while owning the seams and dependency graph. You’ll define the operating model and set standards for visibility across the platform.

You will report to the Head of Product and shape how work is tracked, released, and communicated, ensuring streamlined collaboration at speed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or a closely related discipline.
• Experience standing up or scaling a program-management function.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss dependencies with senior engineers.
• Experience delivering managed services and cloud services.
• Clear view on TPM vs PMO and building cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Define seams between Product, Engineering, Quality Development, and Release Team with owners and escalation paths.
• Maintain an explicit cross-team dependency graph for deliberate sequencing.
• Lead launch and release readiness for cross-functional work across teams.
• Define and enforce the Jira/Confluence tracking standard.
• Provide program-level visibility to Head of Product and senior stakeholders.
