Job summary

InterSystems seeks a founding Technical Program Manager for HealthShare, reporting to the Head of Product. You will establish the TPM function, manage cross-team handoffs, and define how the platform is tracked and released across Product, Engineering, Quality, and Release teams.

You will shape the operating model, own dependencies, and drive readiness for complex releases. This role is ideal for someone who has built a TPM function from ground up and can scale it across a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or a closely related discipline.
• Strong technical fluency with ability to discuss architecture and dependencies.
• Experience delivering managed and cloud services, with operational realities of both.
• Clear point of view on TPM vs PMO and operating model.
• Experience building cross-functional processes under delivery pressure.
• Experience defining a tracking standard in Jira/Confluence or equivalent tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define seams between Product, Engineering, Quality Development, and Release Team; assign owners and boundaries.
• Maintain an explicit cross-team dependency graph for sequencing and risk decisions.
• Lead launch and release readiness across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Define and standardize program tracking in Jira and Confluence for visibility.
• Identify and communicate cross-team risks to senior leaders early.
• Provide program-level visibility to heads of product and stakeholders.
