Job summary

InterSystems Corporation seeks experienced product leaders to shape the next generation of HealthShare solutions addressing critical health and healthcare challenges. You will own strategy, collaborate with crossfunctional teams, and translate customer needs into meaningful product improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in product management, healthcare domain knowledge, and strong communication to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in health, technical, or business area or comparable experience.
• MBA, MPH, MHA, or similar degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, feature design, and roadmap of HealthShare products.
• Act as product owner on an Agile team to deliver new features.
• Engage with customers to translate needs into product requirements.
• Represent the voice of the customer to guide product design.
• Collaborate on HealthShare strategy and roadmap with the Product Management team.
• Serve as internal SME in health, technology, or informatics domains.
• Advise on industry trends, regulatory changes, and practice evolution.
• Participate in studies on impact of HealthShare solutions on quality, safety, efficiency.
• Engage in professional community and conferences.
