Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent STEM degree.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with application development, relational databases, object‑oriented development, and cloud technology.
• Ability to read code to identify bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Enthusiasm for debugging and understanding customer issues.
• Thorough understanding of Agile project management.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various channels.
• Curiosity and aptitude for acquiring new technical skills and knowledge in a dynamic and highly technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of up to twelve Quality Development Engineers.
• Contribute to the Quality Development department’s strategy, planning and continuous process improvement.
• Shared oversight of HealthShare product quality and testing activities across all department Scrum teams.
• Facilitate the adoption of automation and AI tools to improve test coverage, accuracy and frequency.
• Proactively address testing gaps in the HealthShare product line, developing and executing remediation plans.
