Job summary

InterSystems in Boston seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to stand up the TPM function for HealthShare, bridging Product, Engineering, Quality Development and Release teams. You will own the seams, dependencies, and release readiness across multiple teams, defining a scalable operating model and measurement standards, without taking on execution tasks from other teams.

The role requires 10+ years in TPM, strong technical fluency, and excellent communication skills to keep leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or related discipline.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss risks with senior engineers.
• Experience delivering managed and cloud services.
• Clear view on TPM vs PMO and hygiene work.
• Proven track record building cross-functional processes under pressure.
• Experience defining a tracking standard in Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• The seams between Product, Engineering, Quality Development, and the Release Team.
• The cross-team dependency graph with current, explicit dependencies.
• Launch and release readiness across multiple teams.
• Define the tracking standard in Jira/Confluence and ensure visibility.
• Identify and communicate cross-team risks early.
