Job summary

FurtherAI Inc. is hiring its founding product manager to own the product function alongside the founders. You will define the product scope, decisions, and roadmap, shaping how AI agents operate in insurance.

You’ll work directly with engineers and leadership to turn insights into shipped features and a scalable product strategy. You’ll sit at the intersection of product and engineering, building a platform mindset from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, especially at early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Proven track record shipping products that transform professional workflows.
• Technical fluency to earn engineers’ trust and discuss agents/LLMs.
• Strong intuition for LLMs and applying AI to real user problems.
• Excellent written communication and crisp, buildable specs.
• High ownership and outcomes-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be our first product hire and define what product means at FurtherAI.
• Own product direction with the founders and translate vision into a plan.
• Define the future of AI in insurance and the agent workflows.
• Deeply understand insurance workflows by engaging brokers, underwriters, carriers.
• Keep the team focused on high-impact, well-scoped work.
• Set quality and taste standards across all shipped products.
