Job summary

You will work closely with founders and engineering to translate insurance workflows into actionable specs that engineers can build and customers can use. You will define metrics like adoption and time saved, shape how Cooper's AI agents behave, and collaborate with sales to close the loop between promises and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Track record shipping products that change how people work in complex workflows (insurance, fintech, legal, healthcare, or similar).
• Strong customer instincts: translate conversations into clear insights.
• Excellent written communication: write specs, briefs, and strategy memos.
• Background building AI or automation products in enterprise/workflow contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Dive into customer workflows by engaging brokers, carriers, and underwriters.
• Translate complex insurance processes into buildable specs for engineers and customers.
• Define and track metrics (adoption, time saved, retention) to sharpen prioritization.
• Shape how Cooper's AI agents behave and fit into existing tools/workflows.
• Build the product culture: communication with customers, evaluating ideas, shipping with speed.
• Partner with sales and customer success to close the loop between promises and delivery.
