Job summary

LM Studio is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to lead building the LM Studio team in a fast-growing startup environment. You will work closely with the founder/CEO to identify hiring needs, source candidates, and own the end-to-end hiring process from interview to offer and acceptance.

You will develop top-of-funnel sourcing strategies across engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and more, while staying highly proactive and people-focused.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience hiring technical talent for startups.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and managing recruiting lifecycles.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring efforts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Find, inspire, and hire top tier talent in engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and more.
• Develop top-of-funnel talent sourcing strategies using traditional and creative channels.
• Be an evangelist for LM Studio to prospective talent
• Develop a hiring process from interview to offer and acceptance
• Work with founder to identify hiring needs across roles/divisions
