Job summary

LM Studio is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to lead building the LM Studio team in a fast-growing startup environment. You will work closely with the founder/CEO to identify hiring needs, source candidates, and own the end-to-end hiring process from interview to offer and acceptance.

You will develop top-of-funnel sourcing strategies across engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and more, while staying highly proactive and people-focused.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience hiring technical talent for startups.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and managing recruiting lifecycles.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring efforts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About the role

We're hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to lead the effort to build the LM Studio team. This role is an exciting opportunity to help scale up a fast-growing startup by developing and implementing LM Studio's talent engine. You will work closely with the founder and CEO to identify hiring needs and source candidates. You will own the development + implementation of a hiring process that seamlessly and efficiently takes candidates through interview to offer and acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Find, inspire, and hire top tier talent in engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and more.
• Develop top-of-funnel talent sourcing strategies, utilizing traditional (LinkedIn) and creative channels.
• Be a compelling and genuine evangelist for LM Studio to prospective talent
• Develop a hiring process that seamlessly and efficiently takes candidates through interview to offer and acceptance
• Work closely with LM Studio's founder to identify hiring needs across all roles/divisions
• 3+ years of experience hiring top tier technical talent, at fast-growing early or mid-stage startups
• Experience building and/or implementing candidate pipelines and managing recruiting lifecycles, while keeping it simple
• Can manage multiple ongoing hiring efforts at the same time without letting things fall through the cracks
• Proactive and excited about the opportunity to play a crucial role in growing a company
• Strong communication skills. Highly personable and values human relationships
