Job summary

Conversion is seeking a dedicated Sourcer to build and own our sourcing function from the ground up in San Francisco. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to reach exceptional talent across GTM and technical roles, shaping systems, culture, and candidate experience as we grow.

This in-person role requires 2–5 years of sourcing experience, proficiency with modern recruiting tools, and a track record of effective passive-candidate outreach.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sourcing experience across technical and business roles.
• Expertise in message sequences to engage passive candidates.
• Proficient with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Harmonic).
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, GPT to augment sourcing.
• Excellent written outreach messages to passive candidates.
• Bonus: startup recruiting playbooks and operating in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own all sourcing and cold outreach across GTM and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Iterate recruiting infrastructure: pipelines, ATS hygiene, interview processes.
• Use data and market insights to advise on compensation and focus sourcing.
