About the Role

This is a hands-on sourcing and coordination role sitting at the heart of an HR tech startup's internal talent function. You'll own candidate pipelines across engineering, product, design, and GTM — and directly shape the experience of every candidate who moves through the process. Because you'll be using the company's own recruiting platform daily, your perspective will also directly influence the product.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates across engineering, product, design, business operations, and GTM to build pipelines for critical roles.
• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination to deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience.
• Write compelling outreach messages that engage passive, high-caliber candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data across the ATS and internal recruiting tools.
• Collaborate closely with co-founders, leadership, and product teams to provide direct feedback on recruiting platforms and workflows.
• Experiment with and build AI-driven sourcing workflows to improve team-wide efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing and recruiting operations with a proven track record on hard-to-fill or senior-level roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source for both technical (engineering, product) and GTM roles through direct sourcing.
• Hands‑on proficiency with talent sourcing tools for identifying and engaging candidates.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines in an ATS (e.g., Ashby or similar).
• Strong written outreach skills — able to craft messages that convert passive candidates.
• Experience building scalable recruitment processes from fragmented or early‑stage systems.
• Background in a high‑growth startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-driven sourcing or coordination automation workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On‑site in San Francisco, CA. This role requires regular in‑office presence.
